Inspiration in the Arts, founded in the 2021-22 academic year, is a partnership between UC Davis Inclusive Excellence and the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts that leverages the transformative power of the arts to foster engagement, understanding and celebration of diverse cultures and perspectives.

We demonstrate our commitment to the arts by co-sponsoring events with the Mondavi Center. We encourage everyone to look for these special events and purchase tickets to attend. At a select number of these events, we also offer additional opportunities for connection and conversation, including formal receptions and informal meetups.

Inspiration in the Arts Upcoming Events
Reception Events
For several of our co-sponsored events, the division hosts a free reception. Light appetizers and nonalcoholic beverages will be served. Open to everyone, these gatherings are a great opportunity to meet and engage with colleagues before the ticketed event.
Meetup Events
Come as you are and meet up with new and old friends, including your fellow students, faculty members or colleagues! These informal gatherings are meant to foster spontaneous interactions and shared experiences around unforgettable events that both broaden our horizons and strenghthen our sense of identity and community.
