Engage
LSFA brings UC Davis employees together through cultural events, shared celebrations, and community forums that honor Latinx heritage and deepen cross-campus connection. We create spaces for dialogue and solidarity that strengthen belonging and foster an inclusive institutional culture.

LSFA supports members’ growth by offering access to mentorship, skill-building workshops, and leadership development resources. Our programs help faculty and staff navigate the workplace, develop professionally, and build the confidence needed to thrive at UC Davis.

We empower members by amplifying community voice, fostering peer support, and encouraging collective advocacy for more inclusive practices. LSFA promotes institutional engagement and supports members in leading change within their units and across the university.

UC Davis LSFA Scholarships
As part of the UC Davis Staff Scholarship Program, LSFA offers the LSFA Scholarship and the LSFA Dependent Scholarship.
LSFA Scholarship: All career staff completing a degree program, coursework at a professional school, or a certificate program, and who uphold the goals of the LSFA and/or are active members are eligible for the LSFA Scholarship.
LSFA Dependent Scholarship: Dependents of UC Davis career staff who uphold the goals of the LSFA and/or are active members and who are completing a degree program, coursework at a professional school, or a certificate program, are eligible for the LSFA Dependent Scholarship.
