UC Davis Womxn in Technology— a new employee resource group (ERG) within the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion—recently broke a DEI funding record during the university’s most recent crowdfunding campaign.
Womxn in Technology (WIT) at UC Davis fosters an equitable environment for faculty and staff in technology-related fields. Through mentorship, networking, and advocacy, WIT provides opportunities for career growth and community building. The group is open to all employees committed to supporting mentorship, career advancement, and collaboration in IT-related fields.
The Muslim Faculty and Staff Association (MFSA) at UC Davis supports faculty and staff by fostering inclusivity, professional development, and cultural engagement. MFSA engages in cultural and professional development initiatives, fostering connections across campus and beyond. Open to all, MFSA encourages engagement in programs that celebrate diversity and understanding.
The Veterans Faculty and Staff Association (VFSA) serves as a resource and advocacy group for veteran employees, active service member employees, and their families and allies at UC Davis. The group fosters unity, professional development, and increased visibility for veterans at UC Davis.
